Relevance of Abbé Fulbert Youlou’s thoughts on the Pool region, forty-five years after the passing of this eminent man from the world of the living.

My Dear Compatriots, Freedom Fighters, and Friends of Humanity, Democracy, and the Congolese Nation.

I speak out here to express my concerns regarding the situation in the Pool region.

In any case, all the Congolese people in Brazzaville are experiencing a unique situation. This is why I will take my responsibilities to the very end.

The national territory hosts weapons caches intended for various uses. The proof is the significant weapons depot discovered right in the city of Brazzaville. Of course, others exist in the North of the country.

Indeed, in recent days, significant concentrations of specialists have been frequently reported at the border between Congo-Brazzaville and Cameroon.

At the same time, incursions are often reported at the borders of Congo-Brazzaville with Gabon and the Central African Republic. Congo-Brazzaville continues its development in Central Africa.

Those who steer the destinies of African peoples must become aware of these situations and know how to confront them.

As for the people of Congo-Brazzaville, I am henceforth at your disposal; I will answer your call.
But once again, rest assured that you have the strong sympathy of brotherly countries in Africa and around the world. You will progress in this endeavor you are undertaking. Victory is on your side. All demonstrations are important.

Courage must characterize a selfless and conscious youth, respectful of the country’s fundamental values. At all times, they must be the driving force behind all crucial decisions and all initiatives, just as they must be the catalyst.

Congolese people, soldiers, gendarmes, police officers, youth, let us all join our efforts, let us do everything in our power to support our country.
